Stephanie is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (UK). She specialises in working with children, young people, young adults and their families.
Stephanie completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Newcastle University followed by a Masters at New York University and finally her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of East London. She has over 13 years' experience of working with children, young people and adults in various settings within the NHS as well as independently. Some of the difficulties Stephanie can support families with anxiety, low mood, behavioural difficulties, parenting support, autism and ADHD. Her therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), systemic, narrative, behavioural, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused and mentalization-based therapy (MBT).
Stephanie has lived, worked and travelled overseas extensively. She speaks French fluently and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
