Noemie Redon [ Psychotherapist (Integrative & Creative Approach) ]

Noemie is an HCPC-registered Psychotherapist, and a member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT). She offers a compassionate and thoughtful approach to therapy, supporting adults, adolescents, and young people experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties. She holds a Master’s degree in Art Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton, London.

Noemie’s practice is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and humanistic approaches. She works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, low mood, school refusal, overwhelm, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection or being “stuck.” She has a particular interest in supporting individuals to better understand their emotional experiences, relationships, and sense of self.

Alongside traditional talking therapy, Noemie incorporates creative and sensory-based methods where appropriate. These approaches can help access and process experiences that may be difficult to express in words, offering alternative pathways for reflection and healing. She offers targeted coaching for adolescents and young adults, focusing on exam stress, academic confidence, and executive functioning skills such as organisation, time management, planning, and emotional regulation. Her coaching combines therapeutic insight with practical strategies to enable them to be more in control of their daily lives.

Therapy sessions are available in both English and French.
