Noemie Redon [ Art Psychotherapist ]

Noemie is a member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT) and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (UK). She is a dedicated art psychotherapist supporting adults, adolescents, and young people to express and process difficult emotions through creative arts.

Noemie completed a Master’s degree in Art Psychotherapy at Roehampton University, London. She has experience working with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, neglect, attachment difficulties, loss, and bereavement. Her practice draws on integrative theoretical and relational approaches, including psychoanalytic, attachment-based, and humanistic frameworks. She offers a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, providing a safe and supportive space in which individuals can explore their emotions and experiences creatively.

Noemie offers art therapy on an individual basis and in small group settings. Art therapy is not a recreational activity or an art lesson, and no prior artistic experience is required. Through integrative methods, she engages individuals’ kinesthetic, sensory, and perceptual modes of communication, which can help express feelings that may be difficult to put into words.

In addition to psychotherapy, Noemie works with adolescents and young adults through coaching sessions focused on exam stress, academic confidence, and the development of executive functioning skills. These sessions support organisation, planning, time management, and emotional regulation.

Sessions are offered in both English and French.
