Exam Stress and School Pressure

Stress management skills are useful to learn at any stage of life. These skills and strategies can help manage inevitable daily stressors in a hectic world. Children and adolescents constantly encounter a variety of school stressors especially exam stress throughout their education. Exam stress can affect a student’s ability to achieve their full potential if not managed appropriately.  

 At the Ed Psych Practice our therapists can assist students with a variety of strategies such as goal setting, time management, study planning and structure, anxiety and stress management, relaxation strategies, study/life balance and coaching to assist in managing school and exam related stresses.
